Create a free workspace and use every product feature. Paid plans add larger AI usage allowances; checkout will be enabled after Stripe is connected.
Install the widget
Create a project, add your site origin in Settings, then copy its installation snippet. Embed public/widget.js with data-project set to the project public key. data-mode="embedded" renders inline.
Widget API
GET /api/widget/:key?session=<uuid>&conversationId=<id> returns your own public message history and appearance. POST accepts session, optional conversationId, message, consent and optional diagnostics. Requests require an allowed Origin. Errors return a genuine error status.
Approve knowledge
Add documentation in project Settings and check approved. The support assistant retrieves only matching approved documents.
Connect services
Connect GitHub from your hosted workspace. LaunchLoop manages the platform and AI provider configuration; your team approves any proposed repository change before a draft pull request is opened.
