I picked a Friday slot, but my confirmation says Thursday. Is my booking on the wrong day?

First, understand what happened.

A support assistant asks for the selected date and time zone. It records the report without promising a fix.

01

01 — Listen

A customer sends a message through the widget. The conversation is persisted even if AI is unavailable.

02

02 — Understand

Approved documentation grounds answers. Possible bugs become tickets; suggestions remain feedback until you promote them.

03

03 — Investigate

An owner authorizes a queued job. The worker reads bounded, permitted source files through the GitHub App and prepares a focused patch.

04

04 — Verify

Inspect the original and proposed files. Approve opening a draft PR. Actual GitHub checks supply CI evidence; absent checks remain Not verified.

05

05 — Review and follow through

Merge manually through GitHub. Signed webhooks or manual sync confirm the merge and append an update to the reporting conversation. A merge does not imply deployment.
